10 die-casting auto machines, mainly for the production of zinc alloy and alloy aluminum die-casting:The die-casting process is a process of combining three parts of the die-casting abrasive alloy material by the die-casting machine. The temperature here generally reaches 600 degrees Celsius, and then the die-casting machine is transported by the soup mixing machine. Finally, we have a worker to remove the excess scrap, so that we can get a die-casting blank
the CNC workshop :there are 24CNC processing equipment. We can produce organically processed products. All progress are steps by steps ,one CNC machine only can make some part of this product ,maybe first one CNC machine will CNC the left part of this product ,and the second CNC machine will CNC the right part of this product ,and the third CNC machine will CNC the top part .it can’t be one machine can finish the whole product CNC progress ,and the final CNC will do the final CNC progress then it will be a finished product after final progress of CNC .
surface treatment workshop, and then we have a die-casting production equipment. We have , and a tapping workshop of ours, after our products are made, post-processing must be carried out, which is somewhat different from assembly If there are parts, we will do tapping. Regarding tapping machines, we have two types: automatic tapping machines and manual drilling machines.One-stop production of electroplating, painting, wire drawing and other processes, we have a complete quality control system, and have passed the ISO9001:2005 factory certification. And there is a whole system of IQC, QC testing and testing process.
Measure room :After the goods finished ,we also have the measure auto 2 machines to measure its size .if it is OK ,The computer show Pass ,If the product size is not correct ,The computer will be show NG

There are 5 assemble production line to do the post processing,but because of the government is strict on the environment and control it ,so we also can’t make the electronic painting by ourselves ,the electronic painting factory has moved to Another city last month .so we also can’t guide to you see it today ,but if you want to see in the future ,we also can guide you .we also make another production for belt buckle and it also has some glued fixtures to label to the belt buckle on the top .and also another project maybe it is for stamp as it is another project .
